FROM THE BIG GREEN EGG CHARCOAL CERAMIC BARBECUE

The idea behind the Big Green Egg is thousands of years old.
A good 3,000 years ago, people in eastern Asia were already cooking on wood-fired clay ovens.

They were called "kamado" (oven or stove). Combined with NASA's innovative ceramic technology, a perfect, modern outdoor cooking appliance was created: the Big Green Egg.

For Shane, the Big Green Egg has become an integral part of his signature style.
In the specially built barbecue kitchen at the Asam Schlössl, two Big Green Egg Xlarge are on fire almost around the clock.

AUGUSTINER BIER

Do we have to talk about beer?

Yes!
Absolutely.

We don't serve just any beer,
but the beer specialties of the Munich Augustiner brewery, the oldest brewery in Munich.
